BOTTOM DOLLAR FOOD TO OPEN NEW STORE IN WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP TOMORROW

First 200 Customers at Eight Lehigh Valley-Area Stores to Receive a Reusable Bag Filled with Free Groceries in Celebration of Whitehall Township Opening

SALISBURY, N.C. – Bottom Dollar Food, a discount grocer with expansion efforts underway in the greater Philadelphia market, will open a new store tomorrow at 1167 MacArthur Road in Whitehall, Pa. In celebration of the new store in Whitehall Township, the first 200 customers at the eight Bottom Dollar Food locations in the Lehigh Valley area will receive a free reusable bag filled with groceries.

The Whitehall Township store will be the discount grocer’s eighth store in the Lehigh Valley area and 32nd location in the greater Philadelphia region. It will open to the public at 8 a.m. following a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Each Lehigh Valley store will celebrate Friday’s opening by giving away a free Bottom Dollar Food reusable bag filled with private brand products to the first 200 customers. The store locations include:

As part of the grand opening festivities, Bottom Dollar Food will also donate $500 to each of the following schools: George D. Steckel Elementary School, Clarence M. Gockley Elementary School, Whitehall-Coplay Middle School, Whitehall High School and Zephyr Elementary School.
