SALISBURY, N.C – Bottom Dollar Food is continuing its expansion efforts in the greater Philadelphia market with the opening of a new store tomorrow at 7900 Roosevelt Blvd. in Philadelphia. The first 200 customers at the store will receive a free Bottom Dollar Food reusable bag filled with groceries.

"Friday's opening marks our fourth store in the city of Philadelphia, and we invite the local community to come experience our unbelievable prices on fresh produce, quality meats, and mix of private brand and national brand items," said Bottom Dollar Food President Meg Ham.

The Roosevelt Boulevard store will be the discount grocer’s 33rd location in the greater Philadelphia region. It will open to the public at 8 a.m. following a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.

As part of the grand opening festivities, Bottom Dollar Food will also donate $500 to each of the following schools: Austin Meehan Middle School, Abraham Lincoln High School, Rhawnhurst Elementary School and Louis H. Farrell Elementary School.
