SALISBURY, N.C – Bottom Dollar Food is continuing its expansion efforts in the greater Philadelphia market with the opening of a new store on Friday, April 20 at 262-C Route 130 in Bordentown, N.J. In celebration of the new store in Bordentown, the first 200 customers at all Bottom Dollar Food locations in New Jersey will receive a free reusable bag filled with groceries.
"The Bordentown store will be our eighth location in New Jersey, and we invite the local community to come experience our unbelievable prices on fresh produce, quality meats, and mix of private brand and national brand items," said Bottom Dollar Food President Meg Ham.
In January, Bottom Dollar Food announced the opening of the Bordentown store as one of several locations in New Jersey the discount grocer will open throughout 2012 and in 2013. The Bordentown store will open to the public at 8 a.m. following a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
As part of the grand opening festivities, the first 200 customers at each Bottom Dollar Food location in New Jersey will receive a free reusable bag filled with groceries. Bottom Dollar Food will also donate $500 to each of the following schools: Clara Barton Elementary School, MacFarland Intermediate School, Bordentown Regional Middle School and Bordentown Regional High School.
