"Bottom Dollar Food is proud to expand its commitment to providing unbelievable prices on fresh produce, quality meats, private brands and the national brands that matter most to our customers," said Bottom Dollar Food President Meg Ham. "We look forward to opening our doors at the Warren and New Castle locations and continuing to offer the best prices on groceries."
The first 200 customers at the new locations on Thursday will receive a free Bottom Dollar Food reusable bag filled with groceries, and additional customers will receive free reusable bags throughout the day. Former Pittsburgh football players will be on hand at the two locations signing autographs and greeting customers.

"We are pleased that Bottom Dollar Food has seen the City of Warren as a good place to do business. This is significant not just for the great shopping opportunity for our citizens, but because the company sees our community as a good place to make such an investment," said Warren Mayor William D. Franklin. "We are confident that Bottom Dollar Food will not only meet, but exceed its goals in Warren and serve as an example to all businesses that the city offers great opportunities for success."
