SALISBURY, N.C. – Bottom Dollar Food will open a new store on August 15 at 703 Route 113 in Souderton, Pa. The first 200 customers at the new location on Thursday will receive a free Bottom Dollar Food reusable bag filled with groceries, and additional customers will receive free reusable bags throughout the day.

“Bottom Dollar Food looks forward to joining the Souderton community as we open the doors of our new store this Thursday,” said Bottom Dollar Food President Meg Ham. “We invite residents in the surrounding area to come out and experience Bottom Dollar Food’s unbelievable prices on fresh produce, quality meats, private brands and the national brands that matter most to customers.”

The new store will open to the public at 8 a.m. following ribbon-cutting ceremonies. Several local dignitaries will be on hand for the grand opening. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.

As part of the grand opening festivities, Bottom Dollar Food will make a donation of $1,600 to Philabundance Food Bank to support its “Fresh for All” program, which provides fresh fruits and vegetables to individuals and families that need them.

With a strong focus on delivering low prices to customers, Bottom Dollar Food has a “We Won’t Be Beat” guarantee and will beat any competitor’s price on the same item by a penny. In addition, if a customer is unsatisfied with a meat or produce purchase, stores will replace the item and give customers a full refund. The new Souderton location adds approximately 40 jobs to the local economy. With the addition of this and another store opening in Homestead, Pa., on August 15, Bottom Dollar Food now operates 58 stores in New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Each store is approximately 18,000 square feet.
