  • What is Bottom Dollar Food's Membership Card?

    Our Membership Card is your ticket to even lower prices, on top of our already everyday unbelievable prices! We will select weekly specials called “Special Buys” and “While Supplies Last” items, just for members! Members also are eligible to enroll in our Money-mail, a weekly e-mail sent to alert members of specials and promotions. You can also to load manufacturer coupons directly onto your card!

  • How Do I Sign Up?

    Signing up for our Membership Card is easy! Just fill out the application online or in-store with your complete contact information. Enroll now and start saving!

  • Will it cost me anything to become a Bottom Dollar Food member?

    No, it doesn’t require any coin to join! Membership is free for anyone who wants to get serious about saving money on his or her weekly grocery shopping.

  • How do I use my Bottom Dollar Food Membership Card?

    At checkout, simply give your Membership Card to the cashier to scan and redeem savings. Or, you can provide the cashier with the phone number listed with the account to access the savings.

  • Can my membership card be used by anyone in my family?

    Yes, the membership is considered a “household” membership and anyone in your household can use the card. Besides, the household that shops at Bottom Dollar Food together, saves together. If you need more cards, don’t worry. Just fill out another application with your complete information and use those additional cards!

  • What happens if I forget my Membership Card?

    If you forget your Membership Card, simply provide the telephone number that is associated with your account to the cashier to access and unlock the savings!

  • What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

    Sign in to your online account and select "send a new card" to request a new one. You can also ask any Bottom Dollar Food associate for a replacement application with card on your next visit to the store. Be sure to return the completed application to our associate team to ensure the new Membership Card number and information is in our system.

  • Do I need to have a Membership Card to receive the sale price on items?

    Yes. Our Special Buys and While Supplies Last weekly specials are only available to Membership Card holders. Be sure to present your Membership Card to the cashier each time you checkout. You can also provide the telephone number associated with your Membership Card to access your account and receive the same great savings. Otherwise, without a card, you will receive the everyday Unbelievable Price on items—which is still pretty darn low!

  • How do I know which items are on sale?

    Be sure to check out our weekly circulars in your mailbox, online or pick one up in store. While shopping, simply look for items with the red signs for Special Buys or the purple signs for While Supplies Last. These signs and tags can be found throughout the store.

  • Can I load manufacturer coupons directly to my Membership Card account?

    Yes! Tired of clipping coupons—or forgetting to bring them with you to the store? Just register your 12-digit Membership Card number here and check back weekly for new coupons. Click to select the coupons that appeal to you and load them directly to your Membership Card account. Purchase the specified products in accordance with the coupon terms, scan your Membership Card, and instantly receive your savings at checkout!   • Is my personal information safe?

    Yes. At Bottom Dollar Food, we respect the confidentiality of customer information and follow all applicable laws. We ask that you provide your information to help deliver added value to your shopping experience through targeted promotions and coupons sent to the e-mail and/or mailing address on file with your Membership Card account. We do not share your personal information with outside partners except when necessary to deliver coupons and offers on items you use. If you ever forget your card, we ask only that you provide the phone number associated with the account as an alternate ID at checkout so that you never miss out on our savings.
